My Journey into Social Media Management

Ever since I was younger, I’ve had a love for photography and expressing creativity through photos. Social media became a natural outlet for me to share that creativity by creating and posting content across different platforms. Over time, I realized how powerful social media could be—not just for sharing moments, but for helping brands tell their stories and connect with their audiences.

This realization inspired me to expand my skills and pursue opportunities in marketing. During my time at university, I completed a marketing internship where I gained hands-on experience in content creation, brand strategy, and digital engagement. That experience led me to a position as a social media manager for a local coffee shop, where I was able to apply my creativity and marketing knowledge to help grow their online presence.

Seeing firsthand how effective social media can be in building brand awareness, engaging with customers, and driving business growth fueled my passion for this field.

My Unique Approach: Blending Creativity & Strategy

What sets my approach to social media management apart is my focus on combining creativity with strategy. Because my background started with photography and visual content, I naturally prioritize creating posts that are not only visually appealing but also authentic and engaging for the audience. I believe strong visuals are often the first step in capturing attention online.

At the same time, I approach social media with a marketing mindset. I focus on understanding each brand’s voice, target audience, and goals so the content is intentional rather than just posting for the sake of posting. I also believe in building connections with audiences and making sure to create content that interests them and sticks to the brand name.

Who I'm excited to work with

In the future, I hope to work with more businesses and church's helping them grow their brand in a way that influences others in a positive way.
